Hand-picked

Ripe red cherries are picked by hand, weighed and placed on raised African drying beds.

Naturally sun-dried

The whole cherries dry for 10-15 days. They are turned regularly by hand and covered to protect them from excessive sun.

Checked and packed

Rested and hulled

After drying, the cherries rest in jute bags in dedicated storage before hulling removes the dried fruit layers.

The coffee is transported to a facility in Addis Ababa for further processing and quality checks, then packed in 60 kg jute bags for export.

Traceable to origin

Farm-level land records support origin traceability. Surveyed plot boundaries and supporting documentation are being completed for EU due diligence.
