Sorting
Cherries are carefully sorted before processing to remove unsuitable fruit and support consistency throughout the coffee preparation process.
Drying & Perfection
Coffee is carefully dried and monitored to achieve stable moisture levels, helping protect quality and maintain the coffee's condition through storage and preparation.
Export
Once prepared and documented, our coffee is carefully packed and exported from Ethiopia, maintaining traceability and quality throughout its journey to professional buyers across the EU and Scandinavia.

Bunaco works directly with one farmer cultivating a single 26-hectare coffee farm in Oromia, Ethiopia. This direct relationship allows us to maintain close visibility from cultivation and harvesting through processing, drying, preparation, and export.
This focused sourcing model gives buyers a clearly defined origin while helping us maintain strong traceability, quality oversight and a direct relationship with the producer.
