Drying & Perfection

Coffee is carefully dried and monitored to achieve stable moisture levels, helping protect quality and maintain the coffee's condition through storage and preparation.

Export

Once prepared and documented, our coffee is carefully packed and exported from Ethiopia, maintaining traceability and quality throughout its journey to professional buyers across the EU and Scandinavia.

Bunaco sources speciality Ethiopian green coffee directly from one farmer cultivating a single 26-hectare farm in Oromia, Ethiopia. Our focused sourcing model gives us a clear connection to the origin and allows us to maintain close visibility throughout the coffee journey.

Our sourcing model is intentionally focused: one farmer, one 26-hectare farm, and a direct connection to the origin of our coffee. Bunaco works directly with one farmer cultivating a single 26-hectare coffee farm in Oromia, Ethiopia. This direct relationship allows us to maintain close visibility from cultivation and harvesting through processing, drying, preparation, and export.

This focused sourcing model gives buyers a clearly defined origin while helping us maintain strong traceability, quality oversight and a direct relationship with the producer.

Our Coffee Journey

Every Bunaco lot follows a carefully managed journey from our single 26-hectare farm to European buyers. Working directly with the farmer allows us to maintain close visibility over sourcing, harvesting, processing, drying, preparation and export, keeping each coffee traceable to its origin.
